Prior to Proekspert\u2019s entry into the project, processes of testing and calibration of load cells were manual, software had limited functionality, and used only one industrial protocol \u2013 J1939. Our customer needed to upgrade the software and add another protocol \u2013 CANopen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading size20 margin-top-0\" id=\"service-design\">Solution at a glance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Our team automated the entire process of testing and calibrating load cells and also made it possible for the software to operate with both protocols depending on the device being used (older devices needed still J1939, newer ones operated with CANopen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Functionality included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"blue-bullet\">\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Implementation of CANopen protocol.<br>Protocol selection options available according to the customer&#8217;s specific device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
