The winners are Proekspert, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.karlstorz.com\/ee\/en\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Karl Storz Video Endoscopy Estonia<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.selmic.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mirion Technologies Selmic Baltic<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winners were chosen on the basis of a point system that considered the differences in average salaries of male and female employees, the equality of salary practices pertaining to gender, and the presence of women in key roles across all levels of an organization. The data used by Fontes to evaluate companies is taken from its annual compensation survey.
